How do I place an order?+
Pick a design from the gallery, enter your size breakdown (minimum 12 pieces total), add your contact info, and submit. We'll email a final quote within 24 hours.
How long until I receive my order?+
Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks after payment and final approval. Rush orders may be available — note it in your order or contact us directly.
Can I order multiple ranks on the 9/11 tee?+
Yes. Enter sizes for each rank on the same order form — Firefighter, EMT, Paramedic, etc. All pieces count toward your total and price tier.
Can I change my order after submitting?+
Yes, before production starts. Reply to your confirmation email or call us at 503.395.7502 with changes.
Why is there a 12-piece minimum?+
Screen printing requires setup per design. Bulk orders (48+ pieces) get significantly better per-piece pricing — see the price break table on each order form.
Is the price on the website final?+
It's an estimate based on current garment and print costs. Your final quote may adjust slightly based on exact styles, shipping, or special requests.
Do you do custom designs not listed here?+
Absolutely. Email hello@theblackbell.com with your idea — we design and print custom Local 43 apparel regularly.
